The location was good and excellent: a market and little stores were within walking distance.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building not far from St Mark's Square, Venice at as very reasonable price for a central location and The Bridge of Sighs. Amazingly nice and extremely friendly staff and marvellous location close to San Marco! Again, not far from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge.

Spotless and en suite room with an efficient shower as expected. Accommodating staff, great location close to The Bridge of Sighs and Piazza San Marco, all the best spots, and the other direction where restaurants and cafes are generally more cheaply priced.

great location, spacious room and friendly staff made our stay in Venice enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the convenience of the mini fridge and air-conditioning. The locanda's central location near water transport and main attractions made it easy to explore.

all the staff was very pleasant, settled my issues. location: the hotel was not far from san marco and san zaccaria, castello in the other direction where restaurants and cafes are generally more cheaply priced and the centre of the city. i tried some drinks at wine bar bacaro risorto, located 10 minutes walk away.

We had a pleasant stay at a conveniently located hotel in Venice. The peaceful street provided a quiet atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy a good night's sleep. Despite the small room, it was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the presence of a hot pot. The hotel's proximity to attractions and easy check-in process were also positives. we would recommend this hotel for its location and satisfactory amenities.

Overall it was good-sized with breakfast. All the personnel was very pleasant and excellent.

We were able to explore the city easily and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel provided us with specific directions on how to find it, which was helpful in navigating the narrow streets of the city. the room was a good size and the bathroom was spacious.

The street noise was quite disruptive during our stay. The windows did little to block out the sound, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

I had en suite, brand-new room with an efficient shower, fan, 2 single beds, had good night's sleep:)))

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to boat stations, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful.

One particular situation I encountered was that there was no one at the reception when I arrived. However, there was a paper with instructions by the front door and a phone number to call.
